To keep pace with growing demand, we are expanding our global freelancer network. We are looking for six experienced remote freelancers who can combine high-quality website design with practical AI consultancy services, especially around using AI to enhance the design process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver responsive, user-centred websites (public sites, client portals, internal staff pages) that meet the branding and functional requirements of our Middle Eastern clients.

• Advise clients on how to incorporate AI tools, such as generative image models, content-creation assistants, and design-automation workflows into their digital projects

• Collaborate with our experienced in-house Digital Transformation Advisors and other freelancers to ensure consistency, security and performance across all deliverables

• Track project progress in our project-management platform and log hours accurately; the minimum commitment is 8 hours per month, with the possibility of additional work during peak periods

• Work closely with the development team to ensure continuous improvement in product quality.

• Stay current on testing tools, techniques, and best practices.

• Proven experience designing professional websites (e-commerce, corporate, SaaS, intranet) using modern tools such as Webflow, Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, or comparable platforms. Knowledge of wordpress is also advantageous

• Demonstratable ability to integrate AI-driven design tools (e.g. Midjourney, DALL-E, Adobe Firefly, Jasper, LLMs) into the creative workflow and to explain the benefits to non-technical stakeholders

• Strong visual design sense, attention to detail and a portfolio that showcases clean, accessible, and mobile first solutions

• Excellent communication skills in Arabic (English is a plus) and the ability to work autonomously across time zones

• Self-motivation to stay current with emerging AI technologies and web-development trends; prior consultancy experience is an advantage but not mandatory

We recognise that fast-growing and evolving industries attract talent from a wide range of backgrounds. While some candidates may hold relevant undergraduate or postgraduate qualifications, others may have gained valuable practical experience through hands-on work and real-world application. Where formal academic qualifications are not in place, we may ask candidates to complete a skills-based assessment to showcase their technical knowledge and capabilities. All shortlisted candidates may also be invited to take part in an assessed 3–4 day trial period with one of our key clients as part of the selection process.
