  • Regional Transformation Advisors are at the heart of Saida Solutions. They work with our most important clients and help to turn their ambitious digital visions into reality. They do this by splitting their time between two important streams of work: (1) delivering structured trainings on Large Language Models and (2) providing consultancy services in AI, website design, and cyber-security.

Both streams are directly carried out for clients based in the Middle East and delivered primarily in Arabic. Please note that our advisors spend the majority of their time working from clients' offices, as well as from co-working spaces in between projects. Travel may also be required.

    Training responsibilities

    • Curriculum design: Build and lead day-long introductory courses for LLM Level 1 (concepts and opportunities) and Level 2 (prompt-engineering & practical use-cases)

    • Slide-deck creation: Produce clear, visually engaging presentations that can be reused and updated

    • Facilitation: Deliver the full day sessions to a variety of corporate audiences (10-30 participants), answer technical questions and run live demos

    • Feedback: Collect participant evaluations, analyse the results, and continuously improve the material

    • Localization: Ensure all examples, case studies, and terminology are relevant to the Middle East market and presented in Arabic

    • Logistics: Coordinate with the sales/operations team to scheduel on-site sessions, arrange travel, and set up any required technical equipment

    Consultancy responsibilities

    • AI Advisory: Conduct needs-analyses workshops, recommend appropriate LLM or AI solutions, and outline implementation road-maps

    • Website design guidance: Review clients sites, suggest UX/UI improvements, advise on CMS selection, and propose AI-enhanced features (e.g. chatbots, content generation)

    • Cyber security basics: Perform high-level risk assessments, recommend and install cyber-security products, and ensure compliance with regional security standards

    • Implementation support: Work with internal technical teams to translate recommendations into actionable tasks and follow-up progress

    • Client relationship: Maintain ongoing communication with cliens to address follow-up questions and identify further opportunities for collaboration

As we are a busy and fast-growing company, some other responsibilities in addition to those listed above may be required.

There will also be opportunities for successful candidates to pursue their own projects and initatives.
